How To Make 3-Ingredient Chia Pudding
It’s super simple to make chia pudding, and easy to switch up. All you really need to do is mix chia seeds with milk and a sweetener.
To get the right texture for the chia pudding it all comes down to ratios. For each tablespoon of chia seeds, you would pour in about a quarter cup of milk. When you mix the milk and chia seeds, make sure to mix it thoroughly. If you don’t, your chia pudding may end up being a little on the lumpy side.
If you feel your chia pudding is still a bit clumpy, then try mixing the ingredients and leave it for a few minutes.
Then mix it all again. This will ensure a clump-free chia pudding!
Leave the chia pudding in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, but they can last in the fridge for a max a week. You can enjoy the chia pudding as is, or add some fruit on top for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
