By coating the chicken breast in a mix of Parmesan cheese and seasonings, the flavor is taken to the next level.
To make this recipe as simple as possible, I bake the chicken breasts in the oven. Some people prefer to pan fry it, but the simpler the better, right? Eating healthy foods should not have to be complicated.
How to Make this 3-Ingredient Parmesan Crusted Chicken
When I tell you this recipe is easy, I am not exaggerating.
Preheat your oven at 400F, and grease a baking sheet or pan. Add the parmesan cheese and seasonings into a bag or bowl, and mix them.
Throw the chicken into the bag or bowl, and coat thoroughly. Make sure there are no naked chicken spots. Place the coated chicken breasts on the greased baking pan.
For a bit of extra flavor and crunch, add a bit more breading on top of the chicken before baking. Place the chicken in the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes at 400F.
The chicken’s internal temperature should be 165F, so bake for longer if it is below this mark.
After those 30 minutes, you’ll be left with golden-crusted chicken breasts. Each bite will be flavorful and juicy!
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 packets of Italian salad dressing mix (1 oz.)
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Preheat your oven to 400F. Grease a baking sheet or cast-iron skillet with the oil of choice.
- Mix the parmesan cheese and Italian dressing mix in a bowl or bag. Coat the chicken in the mix.
- Put the chicken on the greased pan. Add a bit of the seasoning mixture on top of the chicken breasts, and throw away the extra.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or when its internal temperature reaches 165F.
