Most pasta types work for this 3-ingredient pasta recipe, but I don’t recommend something spaghetti. Short pasta shapes are the way to go.
Try using something like penne or bowtie pasta.
As the pasta cooks, start steaming the broccoli. Steam the broccoli to the texture that you like, everyone has different preferences.
Once everything is done cooking, drain the pasta and broccoli. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, and serve! You can eat this pasta salad warm or cold. Either way, it will taste scrumptious.
If you are vegan, you can easily make this recipe vegan! All you have to do is switch out the sour cream for vegan sour cream.
- 1 Pound of Cooked Pasta
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- Salt & Black Pepper
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in the pasta.
